Yes — we ship worldwide and price everything in USD. Import duties and taxes may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Unused, unwashed standard textiles can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened food-contact items (beeswax wraps, bowl covers) can't be returned unless damaged. Full details on our Returns page.

Email support@textileco.shop within 14 days with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Linen softens with every wash. Avoid bleach and fabric softener; a warm iron gives a crisp finish if you like.

Our food-contact items are made with food-safe, food-grade materials that comply with FDA 21 CFR food-contact regulations. They're ideal for covering fruit, vegetables, bread, cheese and bowls — but should not be used with raw meat, raw fish or very hot food, and are not a substitute for refrigeration.

Hand wash in cool water with a little mild soap, then air dry. Don't use hot water, the microwave or the dishwasher — heat melts the beeswax coating. Reshape with the warmth of your hands.

Yes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We never see or store your full card details. Your statement will show “TEXTILECO KITCHEN”.
