Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Textileco products. Returns are accepted under the terms below. All refunds are issued in U.S. dollars (USD) to your original payment method.

30-day returns — standard textiles

Napkins, aprons, trivets, tablecloths, runners, tea towels, oven mitts, placemats and drawer liners may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Hygiene & food-contact items

For health and hygiene reasons, food-contact and reusable food-storage items — including our beeswax food wraps and reusable bowl covers — can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or used food-contact items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

We will replace or fully refund (including original shipping) any item that arrives damaged, defective or not as described. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@textileco.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-returnable items

  • Final-sale or clearance items.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Opened or used food-contact products (beeswax wraps, bowl covers), except where damaged or defective.
  • Items returned without original packaging or after 30 days.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@textileco.shopwith your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
  3. Pack items securely in their original packaging and ship them back using the instructions provided.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
