Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and usually ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates & free shipping

• Free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $80.
• Orders under $80 are charged a flat U.S. standard rate, calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
• International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
• All prices and shipping charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Delivery estimates

• United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Canada & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days.
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.

International shipping, customs & duties

We ship worldwide. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by your local authorities on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customerand are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at support@textileco.shop.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at support@textileco.shopwith your order number and photos of any damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, for verified cases.

Restricted destinations

We are unable to ship to destinations subject to applicable export restrictions or sanctions. If we cannot ship to your address, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.
