  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
  • To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on these bases: performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), legitimate interests (securing and improving our store), consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

4. Sharing your information

We share data only with service providers who help us run the store, under appropriate safeguards: payment processing (Stripe, and PayPal where offered), shipping carriers, email and analytics providers, and our hosting platform. Some of these providers are located in the United States, which may involve an international transfer of your data. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and other personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email privacy@textileco.shop. We will respond within 45 days.
